We are experiencing a huge number of ticket and some of them are duplicate tickets with the same exact question from the same person. If we take the time to respond to everyone 2 or 3 times per person it will take a week to get all of your requests handled.
Please read the category or categories that fit your request. Please read the instructions carefully.
- * Ventrilo Servers ***
All vent servers created before January 10th are back online at this point, If you are having trouble accessing yours then log in to your http://my.darkstarllc.com page and under “My Services” click the “Manage Ventrilo Servers” link. Then click “Go” to manage your Ventrilo server. Next click on the “Alter Configuration”. Once this loads go to the bottom of the page and hit “Save Settings”. This will re-save the configuration file and should start the server. If not then trying saving one more time before submitting a ticket. This will help 95% of the people that are having issues with their vent server.
All those whose Ventrilo server was reset to a default setting and you lost channels and users will need to recreate the channels and users for now. We are still looking for backups of the servers and may take a while to find those specific files. Instead of making you wait for your server we created a fresh copy of your server so you will be able to use your service immediately.
- * TeamSpeak **
Most TeamSpeak server are still fully functional. For those that are not online, we are working hard to restore them.
- * Cannot log in to my.darkstarllc.com – New customer within the last 2 months**
We did have some data loss during the outage and your account is not in our system. If you would please give me all the information about your account then we will re-add it and create your server for you.

If you are not able to log into support.darkstarllc.com you will need to click on the “Register – Register a new account to submit new or view existing tickets.” and recreate your support log in. Also please use your account email so that we can locate your account very easily.
