The online operations manager is responsible for the tactical exectution of the online outside services budgets. Planning and moderating agendas for all hands and weekly operations reviews including coordination speakers, creation of executive templates, and compiling presentations. This person will also manage PLE online team communications including administration and access to the PLE online sharepoint tools, group blogs and chatter groups. They will also manage processes and contracts with new and existing vendors.
Experience working with globally distributed teams
Excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills
Experience using social media
